Heat center Zydrunas Ilgauskas was admitted to a South Florida hospital because of an infected foot and it’s unclear when he will return to the court. Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said Ilgauskas was hospitalized Saturday to receive intravenous treatments and that the team expected him to be released sometime Sunday.
