The Kansas City Royals have picked Chino Cadahia as their new bench coach. Cadahia joined the Royals this year as a special assistant to player development after 15 seasons in the Braves organization. He was Atlanta’s bench coach from 2007-2010 under Bobby Cox. Royals general manager Dayton Moore says Cadahia, a native of Cuba, also has extensive experience as a catching instructor.
