The Chicago White Sox have named Marco Paddy special assistant to general manager Ken Williams in charge of international operations. Paddy spent the last five seasons as director of Latin America operations with the Toronto Blue Jays and will now direct the White Sox’s Latin American scouting efforts with an emphasis on international signings.
